We are currently looking for a maid/housekeeper for our home which is located in Waterchase off of Race Track.  The duties requested for this home include:

• Cleaning/Vacuuming floors- wood, natural stone, very little carpet.
• Cleaning Bathrooms- floors, walls, glass, sinks, tubs, and toilets
• Laundry- Wash, Dry, Fold and put away
• Windows- Inside and out
• General straightening of the house and closets
• Misc- Dishes, Dusting, changing sheets, making beds, cleaning of counters, stainless steel, collecting and taking out garbage?etc.
• No Cooking, Child Care or Pet Care Required

Family consists of two adults, a child and 2 small dogs.  We would like for you to work 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) starting around 9:00 am and finish at approx. 1:00 pm.

1. Somebody with prior experience and references
2. Somebody that is looking to do this for a while. We want somebody with a long term focus in mind.
3. Somebody local that has lived in Tampa for a while and lives close to Waterchase.
4. We will perform a background check and drug test for the final candidate
5. We Do NOT WANT A SERVICE. IF YOU REPRESENT A SERVICE PLEASE DO NOT CALL. WE ARE LOOKNG FOR A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL WITH WHICH TO ESTABLISH A LONG TERM EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP.

In exchange for the services to provide we are willing to offer great pay and a long term commitment on our side. We have been hiring housekeepers through agencies for years and are tired of getting new people all the time.
